No comeback

I made an insurance claim in 2013 wrt my washing machine through Discovery and was issued a new plastic wrapped 6kg eco friendly machine. The electronic digital face of the machine was flickering and two different sales repair guys came before a PROFESSIONAL bored was changed. Since then I still have the same issue. Of recent the Indian lady at reception informed me that the PC Board has a warranty of 3 months. Now it is out of guarantee. I've been dealing with Hirsch for two years since they got to supply the machine but since January 2016 I was dealing directly with DEFY Charles
