NO AFTER SALE SERVICES with DEFY

I have called *** on Saturday 8 March and request a call out / repair for my washing machine. My ref *** was given and I can get expect a call within 48hours. After called again twice making sure my order was booked and mark as urgent I still had no call from Defy at all a week later - 15 March.
