No after-sale service Defy!

We purchased a Defy 13 plate dishwasher from Makro on 2021-11-28. 2022-0-11-25 the machine stopped working with all lights permanently lit up. Is was reported to Makro and a reference number was issued that it was handed to Defy for repairs. After calls to Defy call center, we were told the technician was supposed to repair it on 2022-11-30. T date to a phone call or any contact at all. The call center refused to give us the technician's phone number to us. This is absolutely the worst service you can imagine. I will not recommend purchasing any Defy product as the after-sales service does not exist. I hope this message will discourage any potential Defy buyers to reconsider.
