NO ACTION FROM Defy

Feeling really Frustrated with Defy. My fridge packed up during the lockdown. Defy rep**** they were unable to repair the fridge during lockdown as they had no spares. Out of desperation I had the Fridge repaired which cancelled the warranty. The fridge broke down again and Defy came to repair the fridge . As the warranty was void they refused to fix the Fridge and we paid the same technician in cash to fix it. So far the process has cost me R8000 with a void Warranty. The lockdown is an extraordinary circumstance where I had no choice but to fix the Fridge. I accept this voided the warranty. BUT Defy should also accept responsibility for not fixing the Fridge. HELP. Defy SAGA

Fridge works till 16/420 Contact Kimesh from Defy Defy Contact : Kimesh *** Only arrives on 19/4/20 Informs me Warranty is Void as fridge has been repaired. Kimesh informs his manager who tell him to leave.

We have Fridge repaired out of warranty for R1500 cash by Kimesh from Defy

So Far the fridge has cost R4000 and the contents R4000 = R8000 and I am out of warranty. It took from the 2nd April to the 19th April for a service agent to arrive.
