New Washing Machine With An Error
My husband and I bought a defy washing machine from fairprice on the 26 November 2023, that machine never worked from day 1, it was giving an error message .we reported the issue and we were told that the technician will come and examine the machine and yes the tech came and said the are parts missing on the machine it can't be fixed.how the hell does a new machine have missing parts?? We still waiting for an exchange up to now.we have 4 weeks of dirty laundry waiting for Defy...terrible service so ****ed.
