New washing machine dont last a month

<p>I bought a new washing maching in Dec 16 at Game stores, since I got it, it was giving me problems. after getting back from holiday in Jan 17, i call the customer service they gave me a job number 658237 and said that a technician would come and check it out and give me a call in 2 to 3 working days. That was last week, to date no calls they dont even reply to the email that i sent on ********** . So now im stuck with a brand new piece of s****.</p>
