Never will buy a defy product again. Just wnts to warn the people,.
I am now out of a fridge for 3 weeks most horrible experience by defy technician,under gaurentee,log number ***.,3 times at my premises,. And still no fault been found ,now he told me it's the fan motor,. Not even Capetown area manager coming back to me,.

I bought thousands of rands from defy,. But .my food get rotten. And sorry we waiting for the next part,. Then after that maybe a nother part. ,. My fridge been man handled,I must look whole it's been damaged more,while there is not even a scratch on my fridge ,.
