never return my call

I phoned 5 times today to the East London office in Wilsonia and spoke to two people in the spares department regarding the spares I needed to repair my washing machine. The telephone answering lady was quite efficient in transferring my call but lost the transferred call three times. I spoke to two people in spares who both informed me that they would come back to me. Well business has closed for the day and I still await their call. I bought my spares from another dealer and assure you that I will never buy a Defy washing machine again. Whirlpool and/or Speed Queen here I come.
