Never rely on Defy

Since last year June we have tried to get the oven repaired. I even went so far as to contact the CEO of Defy to get a response out of these people. He contacted with a fast response and the repairs started, only to fade away again. The Defy repairs department is terrible and their customer service is non existent. The don't respond, rock up with wrong parts, rock up only with halve the parts..... it is now end January and today I still could not finish baking 6 scones, as the oven again failed to bake end out. I'm still waiting on repairs............8 months later. Don't ever rely on defy...........
