Never RELY ON DEFY!!!!!!!!

we bought a defy side by side f790 ts black and glass doors. since we bought it we had to send back the first one then we have had the technicians out within 3 months of having the fridge, who dont even know how to repair this fridge. calling to log the fault was a nightmare no one picks up the phone and otherwise your call is cut of repeatedly. now we have the fault again, i called the technician 3 days ago who had given us his number. he was due to come through yesterday. still no one arriving and now he tells me i have to log the fault. i call to report waited for 3 mins and my call is then cut off!!!!!! who is going to fit the bill of a fridge filled with spoiled goods. what a lie from Defy. i will spread the word far and wide that people should never buy defy and i will tell them why. we buy the faulty goods and there is never any help after that. Shame on you Defy. Imagine other people who no access to forms of media that some of us have. you are cheating the public who trust in your product.
