Never rely on Defy!

<p>Please stay away from any Defy appliance!!! We bought a double door Defy Fridge/Freezer 3 years ago and now all of a sudden it is not working anymore!! When I phoned their customer service I was told that "sorry we only offer a 2 year warranty and you need to pay for a call out and the repair!". Since when do we buy fridges to only last 3 years??? Pathetic customer service and an even worse product!!! </p>
