Never RELY on DEFY!!!

I had purchased a 13Kg Defy top loader washing machine at OK Furnishers in Mitchell's Plain and paid cash for it almost 2 years ago. The warranty expires in November 2017. In January 2017 I started experiencing difficulties with the drum(washing and spinning) and a technician was sent to my home to replace the motor and gearbox. In May 2017 a strange sound came from my drum whilst doing a cycle, like a grinding sound every time the drum rotates anti-clockwise. After the technician could not figure out what the cause is, I then made direct contact with the Defy workshop in Montagu Gardens. My machine was collected for repairs and was delivered a week later to strangers who lives two roads from where I live. Firstly this was not the arrangement, secondly my machine was in a worse condition when it eventually reached me. The protective plastic was removed from the button panel and the machine came back with scratches and the persistent noise was still there!!. I contacted Fahiem to complain and he transferred me to his technical manager, George who promised that he would investigate the matter and arrange for collection once again. A week later my machine was delivered back to me after all the inconvenience of spending hours and money at a laundromat, the noise is still there. I am appalled at the after sales service I received for such a well renowned brand of technology!! As a customer I am disgusted that "qualified and competent" technicians fails to find any fault with my top loader or are they stalling the process waiting for my warranty to expire so that I have to pay for parts and service? I demand that a senior technical manager come out to my home to attend to this problem or I demand a brand new 13Kg top loader to compensate for all my trouble, damages caused and inconvenience. Either way I WANT A SOLUTION to my horrible experience!!!
