NEVER RELY ON DEFY.

<p>I booked a Service Call for our Defy Top Loader 4 weeks ago explaining the exact problem. Eventually ASHLEY turned up, quick look, and off he goes to order the 4 x Shocks - never to be seen or heard from again. I have 'phoned both Defy in Cape Town and the 0861 Service number, eventually got the Job No 679178. I have made a total of 12 calls and am sick of having to listen to the Defy drivel. I 'phoned ASHLEY on his cell - left a message - no he didn't come back to me. I've just come off the phone after asking to speak to ANDRE BEKKER - Cape Town Service Manager - he doesn't answer his 'phone either. What can I do??? S**** the machine!!</p>
