Never, ever, buy a Defy oven (or any other appliance)

We bought a Defy oven about three years ago. Ever since we bought it the oven door would not close due to a fault with the hinges. The Defy technician "fixed" it, but the problem has persisted. Two independent technicians over three years have tried to sort it out, but all say Defy has no spare parts.

I have tried the Defy technician again - he does not even respond to calls.

I now need to buy a Bosch to replace an oven I have hardly used.
