Never buying a Defy product ever again!!! Poor service.

I bought a Defy front loader washing machine and it broke down a year laterr, Defy came to fix it as it was still under warranty but that repair turned out to cause more problems. My machine started making sounds and eventually leaked water underneath during wash cycles. Called defy to repair and was willing to pay cash as now the machine was out of warranty. The Technician who came out asked me if there were any repairs done on the machine before as he can see that a part on the machine was not installed properly, turned out it was the part that was installed during the repair whilst the machine was under warranty. I sent all details to Defy asking for them to cover cost of this repair as it was a result of their previous repairs on the machine. I have since not received a response on my request and this issue is from first week of December. The customer care line tells me they only book jobs and can’t report the issue there so have to send an email, my emails don’t get rep****.

I am really unhappy and will never buy Defy products ever again. I don’t have this issue with any of the other brands that I use. I am very disappointed in their service.
