Never buy DEFY again, BE WARNED!!!

I have a household full of Defy products haven been a customer for more than 20 years, the last one I bought lasted 2 months and broke, THAT WAS IN JANUARY, I have phoned them more than 20 times, spoken to the Regional Sales and Service Managers and STILL NOT FIXED 5 months later. Every excuse in the book, a total waste of my time and money trying to get this replaced. <br> DEFY are not interested in any compensation, and have NO AFTER SALES SERVICE!<br> I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER DEFY PRODUCT AGAIN AND I WARN YOU ALL AGAINST THIS AS WELL!<br> THEY LAUGH YOU OFF ONCE THE SALE IS DONE!!!
