NEVER BUY DEFY 7KG FRONT LOADER - 921012CN

I bought a Defy 7kg front loader machine in May 2019, worst mistake of my life. I have always used samsung which was great till it packed up after 13years and thought I would try defy as it was my cheapest option at the time of purchase. The worst washing machine I have ever used in my 22 years of machine washing. This thing does not spin properly I have to put it on spin and drain after every wash that I do, sometimes I do spin & drain twice as clothes will be still dripping water. Waste of money as this consumes electricity, time, water and my energy. Never buy a Defy washing machine. I have called to explain and they have sent a technician 2 times and he says nothing was wrong the 1st time the 2nd time he left a R5 coin and said it was stuck in the drain like really how does R5 go through when a R1 coin doesn't anyways nothing changed even after that. tried to call and have it changed a week after I bought it & was told it was after 7 days.
