Never buy a defy DFD430 refrigerator

Hi.

How utterly disappointed! I was told that my 2 year old refrigerator is unable to be repaired.

My late husband bought the refrigerator and freezer in 2021 and 2023 I had the refrigerator replaced. The same issue happened with the 2nd one aswell.

How is in possible that your product only last 2 years but not be able to be repaired due to the back of the refrigerator manufacted in a way at the back that you are unable to reach the pypes? Is this a clever way of selling a product knowing that once something goes wrong you will have to pay again R10 000?

I phone your call center just to be told sorry due to not be able to verify that your late husband did registered the product online for a extended year warranty I am now force to replace a R10 000 refrigerator within 2 years!

Please if any ever want to buy the DFD430 refrigerator know that within 2 years you will replace it.

I hope you withdraw this product from the market due to the fact that once a leak happens you might aswell dump it.
