Never again buying Defy products / BAD SERVICE

I bought a Defy Top loader washing machine. i continually sending emails a technician was dispatched, the technicians came on the 12th of March 2024 and fixed the machine, I tried using it on the 13th of March 2024 and it's doing the same thing it did before they came out. The washing machine was bought in August 2023 and since i bought it, has it never worked until i reported it. Pouring water to the machine and then make a sound and shows an E1 error. 4-5 emails send since the 13th of March Job number *** on the first case - i have never received a reply till this day. This is a brand-new appliance that has been grinding since day 1, i only used it the one time the technicians came out ... so I will not let this go. SHOCKING SERVICE DEFY!!! Its either the machine gets replaced or I get a refund as this is not going to work for me!!!!
