Never again

<p>I bought I stove defy touch stove in April 2017 and in June 2017 it stopped working then I called in and the technician was sent but unfortunately the guy could not help us as he said the course of the stove not working is because the ****roach entered and died inside the stove so they are taking it out of warrant as it is my fault the ****roach died inside the stove as these new stove are sensitive to an extent that the ****roach should not go in them but the stove got holes and I am not in control of the ****roach, why you don't tell us these things when we buy coz I would have known and bought a different stove coz I know myself I can't control ****roaches, I am not happy about this thing I paid a lot for this stove for it not to work in 3 months, I am never referring and of my friends, family to buy stove from defy and I was about to buy a defy stove for myself as this I bought it for my mom in law.
