Never a Defy Appliance for me again!

We bought a Defy 327 lt Friday from Game in the Heidelberg Mall on 23/07/2015, paid for in cash. We received fridge with delivery on Friday, 24/07/2015. Upon installation, fridge was making noise throughout night which did not sound normal. We contacted Game and they said we must contact supplier, which we did. They sent out Technician on Monday 27/07 to see what problem was - he told his supervisor that they will need to replace motors etc. upon which my husband said no, we want a different fridge. When my husband complained and said he is going to ask his money back and buy Samsung, they said, \then you have to do that sir". We were helped by some other sales person at Defy and they then delivered a new fridge on Thursday 6/8/2015. We found the fridge to be damaged on outside (we have photo's taken) with dents on side and on top. We went back to Game and they then ordered that another fridge be delivered on Saturday 8/08/2015 which never happened. I am sorry to say"
