My washing machine has a memory problem...

I purchased a Defy washing machine from Game Umhlanga last year in July with a 3 year guarantee.

Since May/June, when I do washing, when the machine is spinning, it cuts off on its own and I am required to start the spin cycle again in order for it to rinse then spin.

Defy sent out a technician - Simphiwe - he advised that the washing machine has a memory issue (Is that not a manufacturing defect?)

Another technician came out a week later and changed the pump however the machine is still cutting off - I have notified him however he has not yet come back to inspect.

On Sunday, when completing washing, the machine cut off 3 times, I had the machine on the Mini 30 wash cycle, when spinning before rinsing, it cut off - i then put it on the rinse + spin cycle and it cut off again while spinning, i then had to put it on the spin cycle only and it happened again.

I have 3 videos on different occasions where the machine cuts off in which I have showed it to the technicians that came through.

This is unacceptable, I paid for a product to work 100% but this is not getting fixed!!!!
