My mom has been using a defy fridge for more than 20 years now. The fridge has never been fixed before and is still working like ever before. The only time the fridge was fixed was when a rat ate the wire at the back we fixed it and the fridge has been working. The fridge colour was grey when the grey colour was first introduced. It amazes me how we thought the fridge was dead a few days ago only to find out that the wire needed to be put together nicely again. If i had the means I'll buy my mom another electric savvy fridge from defy again. The door rubbers are now weak so it started making a lot of ice inside but besides that big ups to defy for them strongest fridge appliance. Not only do we own the old defy fridge but the microwave as well from way back and they're still working fine. I also have gained customer loyalty with the fact that I've seen the longevity of their products.
