My fridge broke in 2 months

<p>I bought a fridge in February that is already broken, as it is so new and has a 5 year warrantee my partner requested that Defy give us a replacement fridge. This has been a month ago. I have consistently phoned the Cape Town office to no avail. Everytime I phone they assure me that they will phone me back, which never happens. It has now resulted in me having to complain on as many platforms as I can possibly find as nothing else helps. I understand that people are busy but taking a month to do something is absolutely rediculous. I ask that this is resolved by next week. Thanks</p>
