My experience with Defy appliances stems from childhood with their stoves and the reliability of their ovens. I associate many family gatherings and Thanksgivings with scones and cakes baked in a defy oven. Our old Phillips iron died at the retirement village I am employed in recently and the oupa bought a Defy iron and to say it is 10/10 is an understatement. I am definitely never buying another brand myself for personal use. Had mostly been accustomed to their stove and washers from a young age, later fridge and microwave.
