Multiple Repairs, Same Fault – Defy Not Fixing the Issue

I am very disappointed with my Defy washing machine and the service I’ve received. Since buying it, the machine has had ongoing problems, especially with loud noises coming from the motor during the cycle.

So far, I’ve had three technicians come out. They have replaced the drum and the shocks, yet the machine still makes the same noise and the issue remains unresolved.

This has caused a lot of inconvenience, and it’s unacceptable that a new appliance needs this many repairs with no solution. I expected better quality from Defy and much better follow-up support. At this point, I’m highly dissatisfied and cannot recommend this product.
