Most pathethic service from Defy

This company is useless to say the least. I logged a call for my fridge on the 11th of Feb. I waited a whole week and after several calls to the call centre, the technician came to my house on Friday 15 Feb. Had a look and told me he had to order a new part. Since then I have not heard anything and after calling every day just to hear he will come today. Every day I hear he will attend to the call today. I have an extended 5 year warranty and do not get any service from them. This is most pathetic service that I have received and would like to warn you not to purchase any Defy device.
