Most horrible service ever

I bought a Defy 60CM Ceramic Hob Touch Control Black DHD406 from Game Mall of the North (Limpopo) in December of 2018 and the stove has not been working now for since December 2019. In December of 2019 I went back to the store to report the issue of which I was told a call will be logged with Defy and that a technician will be sent by the 30th of December 2019 and no one showed up, nor was there contact. I had to come back to Johannesburg for work and I still did not receive a call from Defy until I wrote a review here and they requested documents that I have since sent to them and to date they have still not fixed my hob. The warrant is going to end without them fixing my stove.
