More Broken Promises

Following my recent criticisms of Defy via Hellopeter, I was assured by 'The Defy Brand Team' that I would be contacted to address my concerns regarding thier failure to address the repairs to the ice compartment in one of their fridges. Yet again, more than two days later I have still not heard from this organisation (or lack thereof)! For a company that operates in the consumer market, this poor performance is unacceptable.
