Mistreatment and *******

On 12th Feb this year I bought a Defy washing machine R4999 at Queens Furniture for my mother and it was delivered few days later. On arrival I did not use the machine as I was waiting for a plumber to connect the machine. In March the plumber finally finished with his plumbing job in the house and I started to use the machine. It worked to only wash 2 loads and stopped working. A few days later my mom went to report the machine at the furniture shop and the shop immediately called Defy and Defy promised to send someone to come have a look at the machine. After a week a guy came and looked at the machine opening it. He told my mother he would bring the part that is dead soon. Now its been the 3rd month and no one has ever came back. Defy has actually de*****ed me 4999 because I paid and yet I don't have machine, I still have to hire someone to do my mom's washing. So after paying DEFY this money, I'm still paying a helper. Is that not *****?
