Misleading information on washing machine

I purchased a Grundig 12kg washing machine based on the information on their website. Amongst other programmes they say it has a multisense programme and staincare programme only to find out that its all a lie after i started using it. I am very dissappointed how can they put wrong infomation to mislead people. The multisense is one of the reasons I bought the machine.
