Midweek break ?

<p>I purchased a top loader washing machine in 2016....submitted my choice of places in nov 2016 and up till now i have received no feedback</p> <p>I have tried calling the number given on that voucher as well as tried emailing the address both have given me no response</p> <p>The tlc rewards number just rings no answer from jan</p> <p>The terms say it must be completed and confirmed by jan2017 <br />But how can i do this when nobody answers the phone or replys to emails ?</p>
