Mid Week Break Promotion

<p>I purchased a defy washing machine and received a mid week break at a resort "of my choice", this seemed to be a good deal at the time but arranging and booking the accomodation is a nightmare. I phone their customer care line and there is no answer. I e-mail.... no answer... it was supposed to take 10 working days for them to get back to me after I sent our forms and proof of purchase.... my fiance sent it on 19 December 2016 and now it is already end of February 2017. I am utterly dissapointed in this break that has only caused me more stress and tension between me and my fiance</p>
