microwave bought at Makro worked for 6 months, have been returning for repairs, the microwave was returned to me saying because it had dead ****roaches in it, it was the cause of the break, sent it to an independent contractor to repair was then told.... Product was missing parts Makro denied this defy never helped after a complaint was laid. I have now established defy is not the well known name it was yesterday
