MBI:033228 Broken Microwave within a year.
The most atrocious service from Defy staff members I have ever received. Jason Crowther, the senior manager who instead of trying to assist me with the microwave that broke within the first year after purchasing it. Mind you, I have a two year warranty. He decided to blame my electricity saying that we use ******* electricity. On top of that, went on further saying that he doesn't care if I ever buy Defy products.
Then the technician, Ezicler who wrote a rather insulting report himself also fell a little short in the level of being rude when addressing my issue.
The only person who has been of assistance to me is Neville, who is the store manager of the Hifi Corporation store manager at Prominade.
If you want to feel like an undervalued client, get one of these two Defy staff members to assist you and you will most definitely feel like you broke the law by buying Defy products.
They even started saying that my microwave had ****roaches, that was the second report from that technician. Which was modified from the previous one that he wrote at the store where by he said that I am using ******* electricity hence my microwave broke down.
Disrespectful, and *********. The mere fact that the report changed the second time I was at the store says a lot about Defy staff.
Last and not least, the Cathlyn, on my last call tells me that they are going to repair the microwave only once and should it break again, I will have to pay for it to be repaired.
It's almost as if they have all been taught to give the worst kind of service possible. Why would I have to pay for a product that is still under warranty and that I did not particularly break. All of these accusations are false and I have had to endure these insults from Defy staff members for being their customer.
In my household, we have always had Defy products in the house. Which is why I loved and trusted the brand. But after this horrific after sales service, I have lost all faith in the product. Something remarkable would have to happen in order for my faith to be restored again.
