Makro need to explain to me before I bought this machine

I bought a Defy front-load washing machines cash Makro on the6july 2024 yesterday I went to Makro complaining about the machine tht make load noise when I try to do laundry they send the technician to come and check the machine he found that I did not remove certain brackets from the machine and they will not refund me for the machine noby even explain to me about tht brackets and it's my first time buying a frontloader they also told me that I must pay 5000 rand to technician to fix it iam top daylite from Makro and defy I just lost 6000 rand what can I do 😭😭😭
