lost all faith in Defy brand

Totally lost faith in the Defy brand , so I purchased a 10kg Washing machine roughly 1 year ago and on the same day of delivery upon unboxing I find that the drum was cracked so this was replaced by the store of purchase only to receive a second machine that had a PC board issue directly after unboxing as well so I now return the second and gave it one last try at the now third machine only for it to now give me issues just over a year later. Logged a call with Defy and its now two weeks and no fix because apparently parts have a 7 day lead and this is for something that is produces locally. Pointless speaking to someone in the call center its just highlighted as urgent so they say , Can someone with higher authority within the company please call me urgently.
