Long hold with no call back and resolve

<p>I called the Defy centre in Montague Gardens at ********** 000 this morning and was on hold listening to a voice recording for 6:30min before a lady answered. I was then transfered to the parts department and spoke to another lady and by then I had no airtime left to ask for help. So I gave her my number and asked for a call back. She never called back and I wasted money on a call that wasn't resolved. I feel ******. </p>
