Leaking washing machine within a month

Only clicking 1 star as I have no choice.......

Highly upset. Bought a 10kg front-end loaded NOT EVEN a month ago and it leaking. I am sorry Defy but I am not accepting any Tech fixing it, I will only accept a replacement as its new and leaking within the first month.

No tech has contacted me or anything. I have replaced my whole homes equipment to Defy items with in the last 6 month but honestly I am highly disappointed with the way this is delt with.

What is the use of buying new items if they need to be fixed in the 1ste month. I am sorry but it's not fair nor right to your customers.

I want my washing machine replaced and Not repaired as it my hard earned money that paid for it.
