Original issues:
1. I cannot set the clock, as there are no clear instructions on how to achieve this. I did receive a reply from DEFY on an e-mail, sending me a link to a video on how to set the clock, but it is a different clock, and Google does not have this info either.

2. The rotisserie stops turning when the set temp has been achieved, which is wrong, as it defeats the whole object of keeping the meat moist while cooking. As soon as the rotisserie stops, all the juices d*******. I was told that this is how it should be. I was either misinformed, **** to, or this is a serious design fault.

NEW Issue:
The fan in the oven makes a s****ing noise (metal against metal) when on.

Overall issue:
I have sent mails from *** to on your "contact us" page as well as directly from my e-mail address on 20 January 2026 .......... ZERO response.
Attached a copy of (some of) my communication with DEFY. A stove to ordinary people like me is a long term "investment". Did I choose a bad investment ?

Not ONE out of numerous people whom I have asked believes that the rottisirie should stop turning when the oven has reached set temp.

Stopping the rottisirie does not even make sense.

What must I do to have this problem resolved? The ONE time I made chicken it was drydue to the juices d*********** when the rottisirie stops.

How can I bypass the setting, or the wires?

There is also no manual available to set the clock ON THIS SPECIFIC model

I do not agree, the rotissirie should continue to rotate when the oven has reached temperature.

When I set the heat to i.e. 80 Celsius the rotissirie stops rotating when the temp reaches 80 Celcius and the element goes off, and start again when the element goes on for the short period that it takes to heat up to 80 celcius again.

The dropping of the temperature is not the problem .... the problem is that the rotisserie STOPS when the oven goes off, as it does when the oven regulates the temperature
