keep up good work Mr Veerasamy

I just want to thank the manager/supervisor whose name is Davisen Veerasamy who not only resolved my problem I have with my stove. dealing with other personal who kept on giving me runaround stories and when I asked for higher authority I was told they'll speak to the manager & get back to me and then say the manager said this & that. I got angry and informed my attorney's what do I do so they wanted names of persons I spoke to. so I told a guy I won't give his name that I taking legal action he gave me Davisen's email address I emailed the guy and his response was quick & fast & the is resolved & obviously I'm waiting for final outcome but it looks positive my point is companies should have people who know how to treat & resolve issues my opinion is this guy is an asset to defy Appliance's
