Just avoid defy not as good as they used to be

I bought a defy washing machine at hifi corp Nov 2025, had to exchange it for the same model Jan 2026 because it made such a loud banging noise, a new machine NEW! Now the exchanged machine is making the same noise so i assume it's that range. I have to wait 21 working days for DEFY to process my refund to hifi corp in order for me to buy another machine, this machine makes such a loud banging noise. Unacceptable for a new machine to break this fast honestly!
