The operating hours on their website is Mon - Fri (07H00 - 18H00)... i called the call center spoke to a very rude and unprofessional consultant by the name of Judy.. She couldn't provide her surname. I asked to speak to the manager she told me that they knocked of at four as that those are their operating hours..How can a manager knock off at 4 were-else their operating till 18 hundred hours

Judy doesn't know anything about customer service as i could hear over the phone her heavy sigh, it showed that clearly she wasn't taking anything i am saying seriously.. I have bought so many items from Defy but the service i am getting is rather pathetic and the most condescending

The incompetency from this company is rather disconcerting especially the call centre!!
