Job references cancelled and not resolved

This company I've had enough of it right now in all honesty. I bought about 4 products from them and all of them within a year have been ruined and been serviced. The worst part now is that I report the faults and they close my job numbers without them fixing it. Even if you speak to the managers or supervisors you wasting your time as they do not have a thing called customer service. Do they perhaps have a complaints department where we can report such people. Question is where is that part that they ordered as now they closed my job reference and not assist me in any way. It has been more than 2 months waiting for a part or I've been waiting for them to come fix. There has to be some form of people *****ing these parts and not report them to Defy.
