I've just recently bought a stove, Oven and extractor all defy I'm so happy... My story is a feel good one our experience as a family how we all took turns learning to used the touch stove. We've never had it before and it's something I always promised my mother that I wound get her one day when we make it in life even she wasn't there we still bought the stove and all had turns trying to switch it on, even the kids it's like we had moved up in life. The we we shocked that the oevn didn't have bottom element we all were thinking some things is wrong... Until we read the manual and found out it's hidden element and we all laughed even the kids who didn't understand what we were worried about.... I happy and the stove brought us together and made us remember our mother... Thanks you defy
