It's been 2 months and my Brand New oven hasn't been fixed yet

My brand new oven broke a few weeks before christmas 2025. We reported directly to defy because it is still under warranty. To this day (9 feb 2026) technicians have been here twice to see what is wrong, tell me they will order parts and leave. This is insane, why does is take this long to fix/replace a faulty appliance? What's the point of a warranty service if you can not sort this out in a timely fashion. So frustrated
