IS THE GUARANTEED FREE HOLIDAY A ****??

<p>We bought a Defy appliance last year already to get the gauranteed FREE holiday, we have sent in all details defy has asked for but still no holiday?? No good customer service either to keep us updated on when we ACTUALLY get the holiday. it has been over 2 months since someone last communicated with us. is this just a big **** to get people to buy their appliances...</p>
