IS DEFY DURBAN STILL OPERATIONAL?

I phoned Defy appliances last week about 10th December - REFERENCE NUMBER 466039 - and asked them to come and repair my Defy dishwasher. They said they could only be here on Monday morning 14th which was fine with me. Monday 14th arrived no technician - we phoned at 11h00 and was told that the technician will be here by lunchtime. Nothing happened on Monday - no courtesy call either.<br> Tuesday we phoned again and the woman in the office said she will again contact the technician. We waited - no call back - when we phoned again around lunch time she said the technician had 'switched off his phone' and she cannot get through to him!! It is now more than a week later - NO COURTESY CALL from Defy - NOTHING!!!<br> We have been trying to get through now NOBODY is answering the Defy phones.....NOBODY at the office said anything last week about closing.....<br> Does the Defy head office know about this - does this not worry them? There are so many complaints and nobody seems to be doing anything about this shocking service<br> OR HAS DEFY KZN CLOSED???
