To whom it may concern

I have never come across such a company, they don't care about there clients, I have been calling ********** 200, they cant assist me, they keep on transferring me to different department, and at the end the call gets dropped on me, I MEAN REALLY. can SOMEONE at DEFY contact a client that needs assistance. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THERE SERVICE ITS A REAL Concern .
