internal licking on the fridge

I just cant believe this, they way I had trust on defy appliances more especially on the fridges, now I don't know what to do or say. I bought the 1st fridge it had a problem on internal licking and I bought the second one its giving me the same problem. what the hell is happening with your products? and when I need assisted the tell me I need to pay for the fixing because its out of guarantee. Or maybe when they manufacture their products the make them to work until the guarantee expire? Defy people please improve you service because some of yours loves your product because you have been around for a long time. I cant afford to pay fridges after every 5years please.
